Being a member of the Jacksonville Offshore Fishing Club has some great benefits

Some of our Benefits:

It is a great place to meet like-minded people from all over the First Coast who share your love for the water. All of it – the ocean, the river and even the creeks. Despite the name we are absolutely not just an offshore club.
You get a free meal at each of our meetings which are held on the first and third Thursday of every month. Most of our meetings include guest speakers who come to talk to us about whatever might be pertinent at that time of year. And every meeting features a raffle full of great prizes.
You can participate in the club’s 10 monthly tournaments from December through September and compete for titles that are awarded at our October banquet.
You will be a member of a club which helps represent the fishing community to state and federal fishing management groups and which helps support other local non-profit organizations.
You can be a part of putting on the El Cheapo Tournament, the biggest sheepshead tournament in the world!

But, on top of all of these things, did you know that local businesses also offer some benefits to JOFSC members?

* What the heck is a “fish slip?” When you catch the biggest fish in a category for the current year or place in the top three in a club tournament we award prizes called “fish slips.” They are essentially vouchers that can be used at the listed local businesses towards your purchases or for raffle tickets at one of our meetings.
