Come one, come all. But come! To the annual JOSFC Christmas Party on Thursday December 21st.

This meeting is always loads of fun. The meal is a holiday extravaganza. You bring the sides and the club supplies the meats. We all know that the side dishes can steal the show at Christmas dinner. Now, imagine tens of options for which sides you will choose. There are always some really creative (and delicious) things that I’ve never had before.

Next up is the Lure Tree. Unlike a traditional Christmas tree, ours is decorated with hundreds of fishing lures. It works like this – bring one or many lures for the tree. For every lure that you bring you will receive a raffle ticket. At the end of the night a ticket will be pulled and that lucky winner is awarded ALL of the lures! I had the fortune to win a few years back and I took home two five gallon buckets FULL.

And, for our junior members who have managed to stay off of the naughty list, we have an extra special visitor in a red suit! He is always a big hit!
