IF you have a suggestion for changing ANY of the JOSFC Fishing Rules, general or Tournament specific, we will be holding a Fishing Rules meeting on Saturday, September 19 th at 9:00 AM at the JOSFC Club House.   NOW, there are rules for changing the rules.  You must submit your suggestion IN WRITING, even if you are there.  IF you can’t make it and have a suggestion, you may submit it to me at   breenw@bellsouth.net, and I will personally hand cary it to the meeting and bring up your suggestion for you.
