Good morning to all members

I am proud to announce that JOSFC will now be part of the Florida Sportsman Bash. On September 24th during JOSFC 2nd meeting of the month we will be holding a swap meet in the parking lot that will start at 6:30 p.m.  Dave Gill (Florida Sportsman Bash) and I are asking for all members and non members to bring any of fishing equipment that they are willing to sell.  We are also asking for all participants to donate money from the sale to the Florida Bash which is supporting Toni Causey and her family.  JOSFC will also donate all money from the raffle table that will have a rod and reel as the grand prize along with inshore fishing lures that will coincide with the workshop to be held.  If you do not have any items to sell please come to the meeting to buy raffle tickets at least.  

For this meeting our guest speaker will be – Steve Compton (Madness Charters) and Vic Tyson (Vic2fish Charters) will be speaking and showing different techniques for all inshore fish including Flounder.  I will be setting this meeting up as a workshop where each Captain will take questions and answers at different tables including the how to period.
